We are almost at four months, and these are the increases in weight I’ve been able to lift: chest press up 82%, leg press up 66%, curls up 93%, biceps up 200%, shoulders up 150%, and triceps up 83%.
We started at 75 pounds, and three months later, here we are I benched my first full plate (135 lbs) today.
